Dior introduces ABCDior, a home decor line inspired by his Mitzah scarves

Do you want to beautify your home in 2022? Dior’s new home decor line, ABCDior, could be just the collection you need.

As we continue to revel in the joys of new beginnings, there is no better time than the present to engage in renovations. After all, what better way to celebrate the New Year than to spice up your space?

If, like us, you’re obsessed with intricate designs and classic motifs, you should definitely have the brand new ABCDior collection on your radar. Recently launched by Dior Maison, the dreamy range of home accessories is inspired by Dior’s iconic Mitzah shawls.

Intricate patterns from the Shawl Collection – designed by none other than Maria Grazia Chiuri herself, of course – are translated into a range of plates and trays that make a perfect addition to the home. Of course, if you want to go beyond tableware, the collection also extends to candles and stationery, with prints tastefully adorning scented candles, notebooks, coasters and more.

Aside from the detailed, almost ethereal designs, ABCDior’s highlight is undoubtedly Dior’s reinvention of its icon Toile de Jouy — a motif that dates back to the very first boutique owned by Monsieur Dior himself, called Colifichets, in 1947. An ode to the Maison’s long history, each creation in the line is imbued with its own little message, forming an alphabetical book in a way that pays homage to Dior’s heritage and passion.
