Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to Vote by Securityholders.

The annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of MOLDING-TECHNOLOGIES-15166/news/CORE-MOLDING-TECHNOLOGIES-INC-Submission-of-Matters-to-a-Vote-of-Security-Holders-form-8-K-40431151/xmltag.org”>Core Molding Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) was held May 12, 2022. As of the record date, a total of 8,702,109 common shares were outstanding and entitled to vote at the annual general meeting. A total of 6,706,850 voting common shares of the Company were present or represented by proxies at the quorum. Agents’ abstentions and non-votes were counted to establish a quorum. No broker votes were counted as votes for or against a particular nominee director or as an advisory vote on director compensation.
